  • Test results will be sent securely via email, typically within the timeframe advertised on the test page.

  • All results are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

You are solely responsible for following up with a GP or specialist if further action is required based on your results.

  • Blood collection is a low-risk procedure, but minor side effects such as bruising, discomfort, dizziness, or fainting may occur.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks and provide informed consent for sample collection.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed.

BloodWise reserves the right to charge a rebooking fee in cases of repeated cancellations or no-shows.

  • BloodWise is not liable for:

    • Errors made by third-party laboratories.

    • Delay in test processing or result delivery.

    • Inaccurate or inconclusive results due to biological variation or sample handling.
